Your provided with sample J, water, sodium hydroxide, siever, microscope, microscopic slide, 2 beakers, Mortar and pestle then perfume the following experiment
PROCEDURE
1. Wash substance J twice.
2. Soak substance J in clean water for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the soaked water then grind substance J.
4. Add 10cm3 of distilled water to grinded substance.
5. Filter the mixture by using siever and collect the filtrate in beaker.
6. Leave the filtrate to stand for 10 minutes then remove the decant.
7. Add 3 drops of sodium hydroxide solution mix it well then wash the mixture
8. How does substance obtained in procedure 6 appear under the microscope?
