This textbook, Basic Mathematics for Secondary Schools is written specifically for Form Three students in the United Republic of Tanzania.

The book is prepared in accordance with the 2005 Basic Mathematics Syllabus for Ordinary Level
Secondary Education Form I-IV, issued by the then, the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (MoEVT).

12. Earth as a sphere, and

13. Accounting

Each chapter comprises of activities, illustrations, and exercises. You are encouraged to do all activities and exercises together with any other assignment provided by your teacher.

Doing so, will promote the development of the intended competencies.
