The TAMISEMI Selform MIS (Selform Management Information System) is a system developed by the President’s Office, Regional Administration, and Local Governments in Tanzania. This system allows Form Four Graduates to modify their Form five combinations choices, Selection of schools and Various colleges based on their CSEE performance.

TAMISEMI is the only Ministry whose Headquarters started in Dodoma since the beginning of the seventies since the Government announced that the Government Headquarters is Dodoma and in Dar es Salaam there has been a small Office.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The first step is to check if you are eligible to change your subject combination, and if you are within the deadline to do so.

2. The eligibility criteria and the deadline are announced by the TAMISEMI every year, and they may vary depending on the availability of the subject combinations and the schools.

3. To change your subject combination (kubadili combination form five 2025), you must have completed secondary school with a grade C or higher in all the subjects required for the new combination. For instance, if you want to switch from HGL to EGM, you must have a C grade or above in basic mathematics and geography.

4. You must also meet the cutoff point for the subject combination that you want to change to. The cutoff point is the minimum score that you need to qualify for a certain subject combination.

Steps to Change Combination Form Five

To change your Form Five subject combination for the 2025/2026 academic year using the TAMISEMI Selform system, please follow these steps:-

2. Log In to Your Account: Enter your credentials to log in. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need to create an account by following the registration instructions provided on the portal.

3. Update Personal Information: Once logged in, ensure your personal details such as home address, mobile number, and email address are up to date.

4. Change Subject Combination: Navigate to the section for selecting subject combinations. Choose your desired combination from the available options. The system will display combinations based on your academic performance and eligibility.
