Educational Circular Regarding Student Uniforms at School (Waraka Wa Elimu NA. 3 WA Mwaka 2022 Sare ZA Wanafunzi Shuleni).

The school uniform is a dress worn by students of different ages at various levels of education from Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary education.

The importance of wearing a uniform for students in school, outside school with special permission or on trips includes:

1. Identifying the student wherever he is so that he can be provided with appropriate services;

2. Making students look the same regardless of the student’s family’s income;

3. Making all students look neat at all times when they wear the school uniform;

4. Protecting the morals of students by wearing clothes with a style of sewing that is similar and ethically acceptable; and

5. Reducing the burden on parents of the costs of buying expensive clothes that create unproductive competition for students.
