Kitabu cha Stadi za Awali za Maisha: A TIE book has been prepared in accordance with the 2023 Curriculum and Outline for Early Childhood Education issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
Also, this book has been prepared using some of the content of the Kushirikiana book published in 2018 in accordance with the 2016 Curriculum and Outline for Early Childhood Education.
The aim of this book is to enable the child to build competence in early life skills through various learning activities in the following areas:
1. Self-esteem and valuing others (Kujithamini na kuthamini wengine);
2. Managing emotions (Kutawala hisia);
3. Independence (Kujitegemea);
4. Collaboration (Kushirikiana); and
5. Solving challenges (Kutatua changamoto).
