SCHEMES OF WORK FORM SIX NEW SYLLABUS – MASOMO YOTE
Schemes of Work Form Six (New Syllabus) are detailed teaching plans prepared by teachers to guide the teaching and learning of Form Six subjects according to Tanzania’s current Advanced Level curriculum.
They are based on the syllabus issued by the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) and organize what should be taught throughout a term or academic year.
The purposes of a scheme of work are to:
- Guide teachers in implementing the syllabus.
- Ensure all topics are taught within the school calendar.
- Support lesson planning and classroom organization.
- Monitor learners’ progress through continuous assessment.
- Promote effective and learner-centered teaching.
