ABOUT PSLE EXAMINATION
This is a selection test which enables the government to select form one entrants for its schools. Students who get selected and those not selected receive certificates. PSLE is administered in the second week of September every year.
The Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) is one of the final assessment tools of Primary Education which, among other things, shows the level of competencies achieved by the candidates for seven years.
Also, this evaluation is done to measure academic progress and provide feedback to teachers, pupils and other stakeholders of education. In addition, the report aims to help stakeholders solve the challenges identified in the PSLE results in order to improve performance in the future examinations.
Kiswahili CIRA PSLE 2024 Candidates Response Analysis Books
The Tanzania Examinations Council has prepared a report analyzing the candidates’ responses to the 2024 Primary Education Leaving Examination in Kiswahili.
This report has been prepared to provide feedback on performance to students, teachers, parents, policy makers and education stakeholders in general.
This analysis shows the candidates’ proficiency in answering questions and the challenges they faced.
In addition, the report shows the competencies that were best answered and provides recommendations for the competencies that candidates found challenging in answering questions.
