ARABIC LANGUAGE Form Two FTNA New Exam Format 2026 is the official NECTA format used for assessing Form Two students taking Arabic Language in Tanzania.

It is based on the Arabic Language Syllabus for Ordinary Secondary Education (2023) and focuses on competences acquired in Forms One and Two.

The purposes of the Arabic Language Form Two FTNA New Examination Format 2026 are to:

1. Guide teachers and students on the structure and requirements of the Form Two National Assessment (FTNA).
Assess competences acquired by students in Arabic Language during Forms One and Two.

2. Promote effective communication skills in Arabic, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

3. Measure students’ understanding of Arabic vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.

4. Ensure uniform and fair assessment of all Form Two students across Tanzania.

5. Prepare students for higher levels of study, particularly the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE).

6. Provide feedback to students, teachers, schools, and education stakeholders on students’ learning progress.

7. Support the implementation of the competency-based curriculum by focusing on knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values.
