How to apply loan for higher education in Zanzibar, Zanzibar diploma loan application, Zanzibar Degree Loan application, ZHELB Zanzibar Online Loan Application System 2025/2026-Apply Now

Before starting loan application process, make sure you read instruction:-

1. Self Registration

Required filled

Zanzibar ID
Form Four Index Number
Form six or Diploma AVN
Valid Email Address
Valid Mobile Number

Also make sure all your certificates match names with that of Zanzibar ID.

NOTE: Before completing process you will be required to verify your email address.

2. Form 4 and 6 Index Format

Your form four and six index number should be separated by dot(.) between school number, index number, and year. Example should look like S0586.0094.2008.

And for student with Equivalence number should be in format of EQ2019001788.2012

3. How to Pay

Instruction on how to pay is found after a successful login into your account.

4. How to Login

You will be required to login using Zanzibar ID and your password. Please provide your valid email and mobile number for account recovery.
