Elimu ya Dini ya Kiislamu Form Four NECTA CSEE Examination Format
015 ELIMU YA DINI YA KIISLAMU: For In-School and Out-of-School Candidates, This Islamic Religious Education subject examination format is an improvement of the 2019 format issued by the Tanzania Examinations Council.
This format is based on the 2012 Islamic Religious Education outline. In this format, improvements have been made to the examination structure. Apart from these improvements, there are no changes in the topics to be tested, general objectives and skills.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The examination will assess the extent to which the candidate can:
- explain the Islamic religion;
- analyse selected chapters of the Quran and explain their relationship to human life;
- explain the origins of Fiqh and Sharia in general;
- analyse the Pillars of Islam and their relationship to daily life;
- explain the Pillars of Faith and their application in performing daily worship; and
- accurately explain the history of Islam.
