Opening of the Appeals Window

We would like to inform students who applied for loans for 2026/2027 academic year, that the Appeal Window is open.

The Online Appeal Window has been opened to allow students who need additional loan amounts or allocation of loans for students who are yet to be allocated loans in the previous three released batches.

How do I appeal for a loan from HESLB?

Students intending to appeal are reminded to consider the following:

a. All APPEAL requests will be submitted online;

b. In order to submit an appeal, a student will have to follow the following steps:

i) Log in to ‘SIPA’ account;

ii) Click ‘Appeal for Loan’;

iii) Follow instructions by providing correct information and documents.

NOTE: Students are strongly advised to observe the appeal deadline.
