Welcome to NACTVET Central Admission System (CAS). Application for Admission into Health and Allied Sciences Certificate and Diploma programmes for academic year 2026/2027.

About NACTVET

The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) is a corporate body established pursuant to NACTVET Act, Cap. 129, to coordinate and regulate the provision of technical and vocational education and training.

The Council regulates an efficient national qualifications system that will ensure that products from technical and vocational institutions are of high quality and respond to changing needs as well as technological innovations in the world.

CORE FUNCTIONS OF NACTVET

The function of the Council may be summarized as below:

1. Regulatory Function – To establish and maintain the regulatory framework for technical and vocational education and training, leading to quality assured qualifications.

2. Quality Assurance Function – To assist technical and vocational institutions to improve and maintain the quality of the education they provide and to ensure that their programmes meet labour market demands, by guiding and monitoring their adherence to the regulatory framework.

3. Advisory Function – To advise the Government on the strategic development of technical and vocational education and training so that it can make informed decisions regarding policymaking.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please read carefully the information in this page before attempting anything.

1. In due course of application, you must have a VALID working email address; and mobile phone number.

2. Kindly select your most preferred Programme according to your qualifications.

3. You can select up to 12 institutions/programmes.

4. The Application Fees is Tshs.15,000/= per institution and maximum of Tshs.45,000/= for the rest of the choices (Non-refundable).

5. You will be issued a Control Number for the payment of the Application Fees.

6. The payment can be made through Mobile Money services or Bank.

STEPS ON NACTVET ONLINE APPLICATION

Step 1: Filling in Personal Data

Fill in the required information for an applicant. Such information includes not limited as shown below:

Step 2: Information Confirmation

Your information will be displayed for your to confirm if they are correct

Step 3: Bill Payment

The system will Generate Control Number and will be sent/displayed for you to make payment for your applications, as shown below:

Step 4: Admission Fee Validation

You will receive a notification that inform you about your payment and then to continue with application, as you can see below:

Step 5: Create Log in credentials

You are required to create a strong password that you will user to login to continue with application. Remember that password must contain Numbers, Characters, alphabet and Capital Letter.

Step 6: Log in

You will be Redirected to a login page, that will need you to enter your username (Form Four Full index number and Year) and Password which you created in step 5 above. Also type the text you see on the given box to confirm that you are not a robot.

Step 7: Personal Info Confirmation and Updates

Here the applicant confirms his/her information and add extra details as shown below:

Here the applicant required to select courses and colleges for his/her choice in accordance with your performance. After Selecting the SUBMIT Your application
