The college is located in Mtwara Urban, Shangani West (ShanganiWest). On the East side it borders Mtwara Technical Secondary School, on the South side it borders Mtwara Kawaida Teachers College (Mtwara K) and on the North side it borders the houses of the Korosho Board, D.F.I.D houses and Luwa EverGreen Hotel.
The college is located four hundred (400) meters from the shore of the Indian Ocean.
