The Agency for the Development of Educational Management (ADEM) is an Executive Agency inaugurated under the Executive Agencies Act, Cap.245.

The Chief Executive announces to all teachers who wish to develop themselves in the Courses offered by the Agency for the Development of Educational Leadership – ADEM for long-term Diploma (DIPLOMA) training for the academic year 2025/2026 September Window at the Bagamoyo, Mbeya and Mwanza Campuses that applications have begun to be received for the following Courses:

Diploma in Education Leadership, Management and Administration (DELMA) and Diploma in School Quality Assurance (DSQA)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOINING

The applicant should be a Teacher who has completed a Level III A Teacher Training Course; OR a Government-recognized Diploma in Teaching; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching; OR a Master’s Degree in Teaching; The applicant should have at least a D 4 pass in his/her Form Four certificate Applications should be sent to the Email address provided in the Joining Form.
