Kiswahili Standard Four 2025 New Exam Format By NECTA
This format is based on the 2023 Kiswahili Curriculum Outline and will be implemented in 2025.
This format focuses on improving the 2023 curriculum, with the objectives of determining the level of curiosity, creativity, collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills of Grade Three and Grade Four students in their environment.
Assessment in this format will focus on the criteria outlined in each student’s learning activity to measure changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes towards acting, appreciating, narrating and applying the skills they learn in the environment around them.
Improvements have been made in the number of question items, where the Assessment for this subject will consist of five (5) questions with 30 items.
