The Vice-Chancellor of the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) wishes to inform all job seekers who applied for the job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 05-05-2025 to 08-05-2025 and to finally allocate job centers to job seekers who pass the interview.

Candidates called for interview should adhere to the following instructions:-

1. Interviews will be held from the date as indicated in this advertisement. The time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.

2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview location wearing a mask.

3. Each Respondent should have identification for identification purposes;

4. Acceptable forms of identification include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Citizenship ID or Passport.

5. Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma , Higher Diploma, Degree and onwards depending on the qualifications of the Applicant.

6. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form V and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.

7. Each interviewee will cover their own expenses for Food, Transportation, and Accommodation.

8. Each interviewee should adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for the interview.

9. For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA)

10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are advertised and adhere to the requirements of the relevant advertisement.

11. For cadres that are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Working Licenses.

12. All candidates called for interview should ensure they log in to their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be released on the day of the interview.

13. All interviewees are advised that Dar es Salaam City has traffic jams depending on where you are coming from, especially in the morning and evening, so you are advised to consider the time to start the interview.
