REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, auditing, and preparing financial reports.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, loan documentation, and managing financial relationships with institutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
