Key responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:
- CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in the steel manufacturing or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, auditing, and preparing financial reports.
- Proven experience in fundraising, loan documentation, and managing financial relationships with institutions.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or equivalent platforms.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of management.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
