MESP TZ STANDARD SIX CONTINUOUS ASSESMENT 2026

MESP TZ Standard Six Continuous Assessment 2026 is a collection of continuous assessment examinations developed by MESP TZ for Standard Six (Darasa la Sita) pupils in Tanzania.

These assessments are based on the Tanzanian primary school curriculum and are intended to evaluate learners’ progress throughout the academic year rather than only at the end of a term.

MESP TZ released other Standard Six assessment materials in 2026, including midterm examinations, as part of its continuous assessment series.

Main objectives

The assessments are designed to:

Monitor pupils’ academic progress throughout the year.
Identify strengths and areas where learners need additional support.
Help teachers evaluate the effectiveness of classroom instruction.
Prepare pupils for Standard Seven studies and future national examinations.
Provide regular practice using competency-based questions aligned with the Tanzanian curriculum.
