NECTAs Online services, NECTA eServices: Jinsi ya Kuomba huduma za NECTA Online. The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) offers various online services through its eServices platform. These services are designed to be efficient, flexible, reliable, and user-friendly.
The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) was established under the Parliamentary Act No. 21 of 1973 with the responsibility of administering all National Examinations and Assessments in Tanzania

NECTA eServices Online (NECTA’s Online Services) Process
1. Check Service Cost
Review the service requirements and associated costs, then generate a Payment Control Number. eservices.necta.go.tz
2. Make Payment
Use the generated control number to make a payment through government payment channels, such as banks or mobile money services.
3. Apply for the Service
Fill in your application details and attach any necessary documents.
4. Get Notified
You will receive notifications via SMS or within the system about your application status.
Important Note (Caution)
Client MUST ensure that their certificates are lost/destroyed/damaged before applying for replacement. Money once paid is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
The application process for Replacement/Duplicate Certificate involves verification of the authenticity and ownership of the candidate’s results. If found that the applicant is not the rightful owner of the results/certificate(s), legal action will be taken against him or her.

NECTA eServices – Jinsi ya Kuomba Huduma za NECTA Online:- The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) offers a range of online services through its eServices portal, designed to provide efficient and user-friendly access to various examination-related services
Available Services:
1. Replacement Certificate (Cheti Mbadala)
For applicants who have lost or damaged their Form Four (from 2008), Form Six, or Professional certificates (GATCE/GATSCCE and/or DSEE) from 2009 onwards.

2. Statement of Results (Uthibitisho wa Matokeo)
For candidates who have lost or damaged certificates that do not bear photos, such as Form IV exams from 2007 or earlier, and Form VI & Professional certificates from 2008 backwards.

3. Equivalence Certificate (Cheti cha Ulinganifu)
For certifying that qualifications from foreign examination boards are equivalent to those in Tanzania.

4. Results Appeal for Examination Results (Kukata Rufaa ya Matokeo)
For candidates who are not satisfied with their national examination or assessment results.

5. Release Exam Results (Matokeo Yaliyozuiliwa)
For candidates whose examination results were withheld due to late payment of examination fees.

6. Returned Certificates (Cheti Kilichorudishwa NECTA)
For private candidates who sat for exams before 2015 but did not collect their certificates from the postal office, resulting in their return to NECTA

For correcting misspelled names in certificates due to errors made during the examination registration period
