The decision was made to strengthen the performance of this Office, SELFORMMIS Jinsi ya Kubadili Combination Form Five 2026/2027, selform.tamisemi.go.tz

The TAMISEMI Selform MIS (Selform Management Information System) is a system developed by the President’s Office, Regional Administration, and Local Governments in Tanzania. This system allows Form Four Graduates to modify their Form five combinations choices, Selection of schools and Various colleges based on their CSEE performance.

TAMISEMI is the only Ministry whose Headquarters started in Dodoma since the beginning of the seventies since the Government announced that the Government Headquarters is Dodoma and in Dar es Salaam there has been a small Office.
