About Ruaha University College

Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU). RUCU is a private university owned by the Tanzania Episcopal Conference. The University is located in Iringa Municipality in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania on the premises of former Dr. Amon J. Nsekela Bankers’ Academy.

The University was established in 2005 as a constituent college of the St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). The college grew swiftly, leading to it officially becoming a fully-fledged University, on the 29th September 2014. Since its beginning, RUCU has been offering transformative relevant education rooted in its noble mission statement.

How To check your application status

You need to follow these steps to view you application status:

Visit the official University or TCU admission website
Go to the ‘Login’ section on the home page of the college website.
Log in to your account that you used to apply to join University by entering your Username and Password to access your account.
Once you log into your account, you will be welcomed by a message informing you of your application status. If you have been selected, you will see a message saying “Congratulations, you have been selected to join University for the 2025 academic year.”
If you have been selected by more than one university, you will see a message indicating that you have Multiple Admission; please confirm your admission. If you have not been selected, you will see a message informing you that you have not been selected and the reason for not being selected.
By following these steps, you will be able to check your admission application status at University.

For Multiple Selected Applicants to Join KCMUCo 2025 – Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College

Candidates with single admission are automatically confirmed to join the University.
Candidates with multiple admissions are required to confirm their offers through their admission accounts.
Please request a CODE, then enter the CODE on the given slot, finally click CONFIRM.

How to Confirm for Candidates with multiple admissions

Login to your admission account using username and password in the admission system.
Then request a confirmation code through a link in your admission system.
You will receive a SPECIAL CODE sent to you via SMS or email.
Enter the SPECIAL CODE you received into your admission profile to complete your confirmation.
