UDSM Call for Interview 2025 PDF List:- Wlioitwa Kwenye Usaili Chuo Kikuu UDSM 2025, The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs of the University of Dar es Salaam wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from May 15, 2025 and will eventually allocate job centers to successful applicants. Candidates who are called for interviews should adhere to the following instructions:-
1. The interview will be held from the date as indicated in this advertisement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.
2. Each candidate should have an identification card for identification;
3. Acceptable identification cards include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID or Passport.
4. Candidates are required to come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s degree and onwards depending on the qualifications of the Applicant.
5. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, Form IV and VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
6. Each candidate will bear their own expenses for Food, Travel and Accommodation.
7. Each candidate should adhere to the date, time and place of the interview.
8. For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA).
9. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and adhere to the requirements of the relevant advertisement.
10. For cadres that are required to be registered with their Academic Boards, they should bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Work Licenses.
11. All candidates called for interview should ensure that they log in to their accounts and copy the exam number as these numbers will not be issued on the day of the interview.
