The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH) would like to inform all Job Applicants who applied for the job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 06-05-2025 to 07-05-2025 to finally allocate work centers to job applicants who will succeed in the interview.

Interviewees who are called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:-

1. The interview will be held from the date as indicated in this advertisement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.

2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a Mask

3. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;

4. Acceptable identification cards include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver’s License or a letter of identification from the Local Government/Village you are from.

5. Interviewees are required to arrive with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continuing depending on the qualifications of the Applicant.

6. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.

7. Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, transportation and accommodation.

8. Each candidate should adhere to the date, time and place of the interview.

9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA).

10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are advertised and comply with the requirements of the relevant advertisement.

11. For cadres that are required to be registered with their respective Professional Boards, they should bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Working Licenses.

12. All candidates called for interview should ensure that they log in to their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be released during the interview.

13. Candidates whose names differ in their documents should submit a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
