PENTA Standard Four Pre-National Exams September 2025
Standard Four Pre-National Exams are trial examinations given to pupils in Standard Four before they sit for the official National Assessment Examinations organized by NECTA (National Examinations Council of Tanzania).
Purpose of Pre-National Exams
- To prepare pupils for the Standard Four National Assessment.
- To give teachers and pupils a picture of areas of strength and weakness.
- To build confidence and reduce exam anxiety.
- To help schools assess readiness and adjust teaching before the national exams.
