Mwongozo Wa Usajili Wa Shule Tanzania
The Government through the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has a legal obligation to ensure that the education provided is of sufficient quality to bring about rapid development in the country.
Therefore, an applicant such as a Council, an Organization, an Institution, a Community or an Individual who wishes to establish a school must comply with the Laws, Policies, Regulations and Procedures set out.
An applicant who wishes to establish a school must comply with the Education Act, Chapter 353 and the existing Education and Training Policy.
The applicant shall submit an application letter to register a school to the Commissioner for Education.
In order to provide appropriate instructions and procedures to education stakeholders and those interested in establishing a school, the existence of a registration manual is essential.
The preparation of this Manual is based on the fact that the current Manual of 1982 is outdated.
Therefore, the main objective of preparing this manual is to update the existing manual to suit the needs of the current situation.
