Service Circular No. 1 of 2011 regarding the procedure for changing the Job/Position of Teachers who have undergone professional development.
According to Service Circular No. 1 of 2011, a teacher who is transferred after promotion will be given a rank corresponding to the salary he had before promotion. (Horizontal)
Example:- A Senior Teacher Grade A with a salary of TGTS E who has advanced to the Diploma level, will be changed to a Teacher Grade IB with a salary of TGTS E, or if he advances to the Degree level, he will be changed to a Teacher Grade IIC with a salary of TGTS E. Thus, under this procedure, the Teacher will not be returned to a position with a lower salary than he was receiving before advancing.
