Standard Seven English Pre-National Exam is a mock examination given to pupils in Standard Seven (primary level) to prepare them for the National Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) in Tanzania.
What the E-NET / Pre-National Standard Seven English Exam Is?
It’s a practice (mock) assessment given to Standard Seven (Grade 7) pupils before the official National exam (NECTA PSLE). These are often organized by regional education offices, schools, or educational platforms to help students prepare.
The actual NECTA PSLE at the end of Standard Seven determines whether students pass primary school and can join secondary school; it includes an English language paper.
