ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVITATION TO INTERVIEW
The Vice Chancellor of Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) wishes to inform all Job Applicants who applied for the job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 19-05-2025 to 20-05-2025 and finally assign job centers to job applicants who will succeed in the interview. Interviewees who are called for interview should adhere to the following instructions:-
1. The interview will be held from the date as indicated in this advertisement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.
2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a Mask
3. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;
4. Acceptable identification cards include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID or Passport.
5. Interviewees are required to arrive with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from:-
- Birth certificate
- Form IV certificate
- Form VI certificate
- Diploma certificate
- Higher Diploma certificate
- Degree and onwards depending on the qualifications of the Applicant.
6. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, Form V and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
7. Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, transportation and accommodation.
8. Each candidate should adhere to the date, time and place of the interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and adhere to the requirements of the relevant advertisement.
11. For cadres that are required to be registered with their Academic Boards, they should bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Work Licenses.
12. All candidates called for interview should ensure that they log in to their accounts and copy the exam number as these numbers will not be released during the interview.
